Shipping policy

Every Takbo Threads item is made to order. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, and shipping within the US usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. If an order hasn't arrived within 14 days of purchase, email us at fernandpelin@mail.grokbot.com and we'll look into it.
