Refund policy

Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at fernandpelin@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund. Please check the size chart before ordering. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.
